Ok, may be a dumb question but Ill ask anyway, when you give your I&E to the OR do you have to prove you spend what you say on the various things? I have seen you say you can help me with my I&E but is it a case of just supplying figures or do you have to back them up with proof?
They will no doubt want details of my new bank account, will they be able to check what goes in and out of it?0 -
Right! when you look at your statements you will see how much you pay for your utilies etc. by standing order/DD's but there will incidentals that you will pay for when you take cash outthat you will might miss. Also there might even be DD's you miss as well. We will just make sure it is as full as it possibly should be and you write everything down. Also there might be things you could afford if you weren't paying all those debts.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Yes but do I actually have to be spending on those things, for example house insurance? If I say I am paying for that DO I actually have to be paying for it?
Im still not sure as to whether I need to tell them about my new account opened after BR, do I?0 -
If you are paying for insurance then you put it down. Do you have house insurance now? Could you afford it if you weren't in debt?
You have to list all your accounts on the form.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
What form?I listed my bank accounts on the BR forms but this is the Co Op account I opened after BR0

Sorry sweet I keep forgetting you've gone BR.
You completed an I&E when you filed your BR form with the court. That is the one the OR will work with. When you get a new job and your wages go up you get another form and fill it in and send it to him.
If you are not paying House contents insurance at the moment then obviously with more money coming in you would want to as it is prudent to. What we are saying is if we look we might see something like that that you might miss and it could mean the difference between an IPA or not.
We could never afford breakdown cover but we will when we are BR. My husbands a teacher so has to have his suits dry cleaned
. Also he has to buy new suits regularly as being a science teacher means nasty things get spilt on them
Do you get my drift? BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
