I would be interested too have exactly the same problem going through ombudsman since November 2024 its been 10 months so far since the transaction

same, 2 complaints made to HSBC, they have done fund recalls with no joy. thats all they can do supposedly. PF.UK.RefundRequests@bnpparibas-pf.co.uk, here's the email address for Creation Finance, they are trying to trace the funds. still no luck my end. this all started October 2024 for me. how can something so simple be so hard to sort out, its just numbers at the end of the day.

Well here we are 10th October 2025 & still not resolved. Ombudsman now advised to complain about Creation which I have done but I have no relationship with them as a customer. Ive contacted both HSBC & Creation who have both been provided internal contacts to resolve & still nothing. They both say neither has made contact to resolve. If the Ombudsman cant get them to resolve then it will be small claims court. Honestly disgusting & ridiculous what im having to do to get this money back.
