Not sure it's all that clear. The prices are, but the text underneath is very small.

£15 for 24 hours if you pay before the 2 hours is up, but £100 for 24 hours if you fail to is dodgy territory considering pay within 24-72 hours is becoming more and more the default with the more scrupulous operators.

Have you seen petitions asking for Govt action to change parking industry practices. If you've not yet signed please do.

I agree, it's a lot to read while you're driving past (pulling up there isn't really practical) you could be forgiven for thinking you've got two hours in the car park and not on site.

I have just moved home, do I need to inform the court?

Would emails to CP Plus and BW Legal suffice?

Definitely inform all parties about your new address, email everyone,  CNBC,  especially if they have not sent you the N180 Yet , check the email addresses in the defence template thread,  first post,  plus email the  parking company DPO and the DPO at DCB Legal too ( is it B W Legal   ?  The thread title states that it's DCB Legal   !  )

Ensure that you update both your driving licence and also the V5c log book with the DVLA too, online

Immediately. Urgent. To the court too.

Of course we expect you will have put at least 3 months mail redirection in place, as you would when in the middle of a court claim that will cause you a CCJ if you miss a step & don't realise until it's too late.

I'd do 6 months to be sure.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is getting tedious, I think I'm just going to pay it.

Just kidding, I'll have access to mail at old place for a few weeks yet so I'll email, mail and call all three and ask for acknowledgements too. Wasn't going to bother with a redirection but I'll consider it now.
