If it helps anyone else reading:
I used OpenOffice Writer to copy in the text from relevant threads.
Downloaded the two court cases from:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/v2lrfnk408u2qavuokcej/Chan_Akande.pdf
Used the 'snapshot' feature in Foxit Reader to copy each page into OpenOffice Writer.
Inserted a .jpg scan of my signature at the end (a simple drag and drop) and dated it.
Used 'Export as .pdf" in Writer to save file.
There's probably easier ways but I used the tools I'm familiar with.3 -
Any benefits in waiting to file the defence, or just do it now?0

I've also noticed that the amount claimed in the POC is different from the amount claimed in the boxes bottom right of the claim form. I thought tips were discretionary 😀2

I've just returned from East Midlands Airport. Whilst there I took the opportunity to get a picture of the entrance sign to the Moto services and they've put up a shiny new one, posted below.
Still has the very prominent "FREE PARKING FOR 2 HOURS" but does mention 'stay' and 'remain on site'.
So I'll never know what it used to say apart from what's readable on google maps. That's unless they give me a copy, which they've so far failed to do
