Case 1x 140 mm Dynamic X2 fans included.
In addition to mb/cpu bundled Cooler.
Is this fine until gpu is added, I intend to use cpu-igpu to Boot and Install Win11.

That is just a fan rather than the case, you will need a lot more fans though.

The Ultra 265k does have integrated graphics so it would be usable as a PC, but gaming would realistically be off the table apart from older games at lower resolutions.

You also need a copy of W11.

    @MattMattMattUK

Thanks yes spent some time via xps power shell only to be reminded Win11 is OEM.

265k YouTube vids have mid fps inc' latest games.
Only concern is gpu lower than 5090 as 5080 examples are almost identical to pre  4070ti fps mid 40's@4k
If I need to drop to 1440 that's fine.
Maybe 5070ti is high 30,s fps.
    Ordering today excluding gpu.
I won't have xps as backup Hopefully Win11 installs as new direct from usb.

It's just "shiny new thing" pricing.
The price will not drop, at least not the MSRP, though the scalpers will stop price gouging eventually.

Plus Nvidia need to recoup some of those AI stock price losses
The prices were set and advertised well before the stock market dropped. Their share price will also likely recover over the next few months.

But as with all thing PC Build, if you need to ask the price - you cannot afford it anyway.
Not really, it perfectly reasonable to build PCs at different budgets.
The price of everything drops when the competition rises. NVidia touted it's Blackwell as "essential" for AI - despite QUALCOMM, AMD and others showing different. Deepseek just showed that in fact you can do a lot more with clever code, rather than "more" hardware.

Share prices by their very nature rise and fall as investors see value - or don't. NVidia will likely not recover in this cycle as it was riding on Blackwell being kingmaker for a while.

Yes, PC building is as much about budget as it is quality of parts. But you will not always match a high spec build, with lower prices.
