Lebara ring time

A friend had the same thing on Talkmobile, albeit the other way round:

Website said dial **61*121*10*30# (didn't work), web chat said dial **61*121*10*30# (didn't work either). Chat then said try **61*121*11*30# and it worked.

When asked they said either 10 or 11 should work so if one doesn't try the other. Once accepted, or you don't get an error, dial *#61# to check it's gone through.

I've got the same problem, they keep giving the code **61*121*11*30#, after putting it in several times ov er the last 2 months today the phone actually range for 4 rings - 18 seconds. The code given to check - *#61# just tells me it will be forwarded to voicemail but doesn't say how long for. I assume people realise that the code is for vodafone as lebara runs over voda set up and so this is the voda code, but does't seem to work for lebara.

**61*121*10*5# gives 1 ring, about 5 seconds
**61*121*10*30# gives 11 rings, about 29 secs
**61*121*11 doesn't work
*#61* always reports 15 seconds, regardless
Other combinations may cause malfunction, but **61*121*10*30# is likely to fix.

This worked for me.

The code wasn't working with 11. I tried changing that for 10 and it worked straight away!
