A friend had the same thing on Talkmobile, albeit the other way round:
Website said dial **61*121*10*30# (didn't work), web chat said dial **61*121*10*30# (didn't work either). Chat then said try **61*121*11*30# and it worked.
When asked they said either 10 or 11 should work so if one doesn't try the other. Once accepted, or you don't get an error, dial *#61# to check it's gone through.0
