Lebara ring time
Very happy with Lebara on my Google Pixel phone but my wife's Samsung A34 rings for only 15 seconds before diverting to voicemail. I have referred this to customer service 3 times now and got the same instructions each time, ie dial **61*121*11*30# but it does not work. I've been promised a call back but heard nothing yet. It's been over 2 weeks now. It seems to be a Vodafone problem as there several posts about it on their forums.

That code is correct. Check it is being entered into the dialler and press the call button.
I would check that WiFi calling is not active before entering the code. It's okay to turn it on again once the command code has been sent.0 -
Thanks, but WiFi calling was not turned on.PHK said:That code is correct. Check it is being entered into the dialler and press the call button.

That code is correct - it works on my Samsung phone using Lebara sim. Instead of typing it into the keypad, try highlighting the code (long press on text) and select "call" from the options. This will avoid any mistakes as it is easy to mistype otherwise.

Thanks, Ive tried that one. I get the Mmi code started message so I'm pretty sure it's put in correctly. It just has no effect though.reddwarf2002 said:That code is correct - it works on my Samsung phone using Lebara sim. I tried every which way to do mine (also Lebara) a few months ago, gave up as nothing worked.0

Update. It has just started ringing for 30 seconds. No apparent reason. No response from Lebara to my complaint but maybe they dealt with it somehow.0

Their technical queries are very slow to resolve, but they eventually do get to the correct Vodafone team to action.jrbr said:Update. It has just started ringing for 30 seconds. No apparent reason. No response from Lebara to my complaint but maybe they dealt with it somehow.0 -
I'm experiencing the same problem with my Samsung. It shouldn't need to be this convoluted!0

I had the same issue. The answer in my case is that the £5 per month SIM plan doesn't allow changes to the ring time length. I haven't checked what plan might allow it.

Works on my £4.90 MSE 5GB SIM plan. Playing around and successfully set it to 30, 40 and 50 seconds. Dialling *#61# will confirm the length set.welshman1948 said:I had the same issue.
