I'm so glad it went so well for you LL. ((((((((hugs)))))))))
I have to say that Lloydds are highly unlikely to let you keep your account when they know you are BR. The OR quite often says it is ok to keep accounts but 9/10 the bank says no

Hi loopy,
Pleased it's all over and you're starting to plan for the future and not just dwell on the mistakes of the past.
I suppose guilt is a bit like a hangover; some people feel it worse than others; I don't get hangovers either.:D
Best regards

Yay well done you!!!
I don't think I felt properly releived until after the OR interview. I didnt really feel that much different when I walked out of the court to be honest, it just felt strange but I certainly didnt feel relieved/elated or anything like that.

It's ok now - the lady on the phone assured me that the card they sent and my phonecall had overlapped.
In a way it is a shame that they are not coming - I'm sure you would have 'enjoyed' the look on their faces. They would have had even less, if that were possible, power in your mum's house.
I think that Lloyd's will, probably, downgrade your account to a basic cash account, once the OR informs them of your status - it could be worth looking at the 'sticky' on Bank Accounts to check out the alternatives.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I just called the people who started my BR journey
HFO SERVICES
and they kept me on hold for ages - I've never come across a company like them!
I detest everything about them - "A Factoring Company!" What a crock of crap!
Anyway, they knew about my bankruptcy. Probably not informed by the OR - knowing that lot they looked me up on the Insolvency Register! I very CHEERILY said goodbye and I will NEVER speak to them again. Out of all the things I've been through over the past couple of months that was by far the most satisfying thing ever. They TERRORISE people. They're debt collectors - plain and simple and they start spouting rubbish about your family to scare you. I've even heard they've taken aerial pics of people's houses to scare them. They don't even follow Data Protection. I would love to have them shut down. There are loads of people who've been nervous wrecks because of these people and they're trading illegally. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this company - they "bought" my Morgan Stanley Card debt. And added a grand or two! I want to forget my dealings with them now but also like to thank them for putting me on this road. In a warped way. I had to have a call blocker on my phone because they phoned my house 6 times in two and a half minutes and I couldn't put the phone down. They then said they were putting a charging order against my house. It's NOT MY HOUSE!!!!! And mentioned my father's full name. Disgusting pigs. Is there a way to report them to Trading Standards or am I wasting my time?

You most certainly can report them to the Trading Standards Office - who, in turn, have the power to 'revoke' their operating licence.
Have a look at the following link, to The Office of Fair Trading Debt Collection Guidelines, to whicj they should, but obviously don't, adhere:
http://www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/business_leaflets/consumer_credit/oft664.pdf
It's worth downloading a copy. Make a note of everything that they have done, which is contrary to these guidelines, and make a complaint to the Trading Standards Office. Trading Standards may refer you to other financial 'watchdog' or trade organisations as well.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. Thanks Rog. Although my nightmare is over - they're going to continue doing this to other people. It's not on. They've got away with so much. I can't stress to you how these people made me feel initially. My first point of call was a friend who works in Debt Collection and then I went to CAG where I met some amazing people who led me here.
My first phonecall with this company lasted about an hour of them talking a complete load of BS but they were super nice about it in a manipulative and VILE fashion. Fist they tried to wangle a thousand pounds out of me and I talked them down to £150! I spoke to an "Alan Williams" and then an "Emily" and believe me they weren't english so I don't think they're even using real names!
I was told "Alan" was a manager and then he was an agent and the LOVELY "Emily" spoke to me once I was onto them. Believe me once they know you know what they're up to they change in a flash. Scaring you witless with jargon and crap basically. One of the famous comments was "The Consumer Credit Act doesn't apply to us" - OMG! How pathetic?! I am so glad I went bankrupt when I think of this because to have people like that on your back is just horrible. I went through HELL with them. They spoke to my dad and caused trouble in the house and then I found out how to "Choose to Refuse" through BT which is a great service because it blocked all calls from them.
Our house is my dad's house - I owed them around £3k and they were putting a charging order on???????? Hahahahahaha. They'd even got the facts incorrect because they said I was a homeowner!!! I have NO ASSETS. This is all contributory to weeks of no sleep, binge eating, social fall out. It's not just debts that do this - it's everything else.
I know I am BY FAR FAULTLESS here. I spent that money. I know I owed it but circumstances for me changed over the years and things got out of hand.
Sorry to go on. This company scared the hell out of me. More than any other as all my debts had gone to collection. It's not the fact they wanted the money because with an IVA or DMP they would have - it's the way they operate!BSC No 60

They certainly sound like a totally unprofessional rabble and, most probably, deserve everything that's coming to them.
Seriously though, Lou, my own experiences, at the hands of similar 'vultures' prior to my own bankruptcy, has made me determined to try to help others avoid the same kind of !!!!!! that I had to endure.
