OK
It's over! I was so nervous I felt sick. Anyway, I got the call and the man I spoke to was really nice. The best news is that - I'M NOT GETTING AN IPA or A BRO!
He went through some details with me and that was it, really.
I was finished within 40 minutes and he wrote everything down. I asked him about the IPA because I was nervous and the BRO and he said even after taking my surplus into consideration he didn't think I'd get an IPA because he was a representative of my Official Receiver not the actual lady. As for the BRO like you all said - it's to do with fraud and gambling more than what my BR order was about.
I am so going on a diet now and getting my life back together. I've been scared witless for three weeks and I am so relieved. I actually feel that now. I didn't on the day of the bankruptcy.
Oh, but..........................................I got a card this morning from a creditor who I spoke to yesterday saying a representative was coming to my house within the next three days!!!!!!!! The postmark said the 3rd so it was obviously posted on the 2nd. I phoned them and the lady assured me at the other end that the correspondence had just overlapped with my call! Thank God I spoke to them.
I can also keep my bank account. As long as Lloyds don't question my account it's ok to keep it as it is.
I feel really weird again. But soooooooooooooooo happy. I need to tell my phone company I'm bankrupt but apart from that - it's over.
:T:T:T:T:T
Thank You SOOOOOOOO much for the support from everyone here. The people who've helped me through all of this. I could not have done or know as much as I have done since October without you. Thank you, really.HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!BSC No 60

That's great news, loopy
Ignore the card from your creditor - if they want to send someone, let them spend their money. In the most unlikely event that someone calls there are two things that you need to do:
1. Show him your Bankruptcy papers.
2. Show him the door.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

If this was my house I would Rog but it's my parents!
It's ok now - the lady on the phone assured me that the card they sent and my phonecall had overlapped.
Yeah, you did all tell me. I don't mind being told an "I told you so" like that to be honest
Still got the guilt thing. I suppose that's natural but I do feel like - what do I do first? It's a new year and a new start!BSC No 60
