Aw, just popped in and saw your updated signature with all your progress. Well done!
I've just recently switched banks and totally get that chaos feeling of everything being everywhere😵💫2 -
Today I spent some money I probably shouldn't have, as I've now used up my daily allowance til 9th. But I was supporting small businesses in my local community soooo 😄
I bought dog treats, which cost a small fortune, but they haven't had any for months (although they think kibble is a treat as they don't have it often). They got to go in the shop for maximum sniffings and the lovely owner locked the door so nobody would come in and surprise the nervous one. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and slept when we got home as the excitement tired them out. I also bought myself a slice of carrot cake from a little cake hut on the way home.
All because I left the house to post a vinted sale that earned me £1 😂
Ah well, it was a fun little break, we all enjoyed ourselves.Debts 04/01/25 01/10/25

I had intended to use more of it to pay off debts but new tyres etc meant that couldn't happen. Anyway my loan figure now starts with an 8!Debts 04/01/25 01/10/25

Yay to being in the 8s!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2

A few more vinted sales made. It's not earned me much as I'm selling everything for a pound or two, but it's keeping me motivated to declutter. I had intended on spending the money on new work clothes as I'm desperate but I've told myself to sort the floordrobe first as who knows what treasures I might fit back into. So I might spend the money on holiday instead as I'm a bit worried about how little spending money I have. Although it goes a long way in Sri Lanka. I'd like to have at least £15 per day while I'm there.
I'm having a relatively lazy day today as I did a bit too much yesterday. I'm really noticing how much more energy I have and how few flare ups I'm having. It's great, but I don't want to push my luck too much. It feels lovely getting the cleaning done on a Saturday and enjoying it on a Sunday.
Just need to bath the sick chicken, clean the coops and then sort through some more of my father's things.
Have a lovely Sunday everyone.Debts 04/01/25 01/10/25
