That’s fantastic, well done 🥳 Is the plan to move to the job you love more once the debt is gone?

I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪

Yes @Sun_Addict unless I start loving this job. I'm a hands on person and only took a management job for the pay rise. I'm not sure I'll stay until all the debt is cleared. I'll still earn a decent wage when I step down, but the pay rise allowed me to pay off so much so quickly. I made sure I could keep some aspects of the old role to give me some work joy and now they're trying to sneakily take that from me. We shall see.

    Roof loan update -

    1,280 -100 = 1,180 left to pay.

90% paid off, the loan was originally 12k.

I'm feeling rather delicate, but it was great to spend time with friends and be silly. Not much money spent, took a bottle with me (and decluttered some bottles from the pantry that I'm unlikely to drink), fuel getting there and back, and I bought breakfast at Greggs on the way home this morning.

Today me is very grateful to yesterday me who cleaned the chooks out.

My regular saver is heading towards empty now, but -

    1,180 -200 = 980 left to pay
