Hope you're ok @grandmanerd, rest easy. Whoop whoop @beanielou, the worst bit is over 😀

My right shoulder was so stiff & sore this morning. Managed to do yoga, then walked round with a hot water bottle tucked into my dressing gown. Was so glad it was massage day!
Work went fine, dashed off quickly to get to my appointment. Decided on having cupping round by right shoulder, so lots of big purple & black bruises, but it has helped a little. Masseuse wonders if it's a frozen shoulder.
Had a letter from the drs to say they've received my complaint & will investigate.
Did some sewing after tea & also sewed the Gino's beard on.
Might fit in a bit of reading before bed. 2/3 of the way through my book now!
Grateful for my massage, that I didn't land on my bum when saving a goal in football with my foot on the top of the ball as it rolled away!, that another potential goal didn't hit me in the face, chocolateUse it up, wear it out
Make do or do without!

Thanks apple I will be mostly on the chaise longue today. As expected lots of me hurts, even lying on the couch. Nothing serious, just rest until it gets better, sleep as needed (I had my pills this morning at quarter to six and then slept until 2 minutes before 11am) and need the ibuprofen. I'm just figuring out how I do the basics - DS3 has opened a new bottle of water for me, brought a new toothbrush from upstairs (new multi pack of toothpaste was in here), brought me a yoghurt (I have porridge oats and a spoon) and a couple of other things. I have baby wipes to clean myself and my velcro ankle wrap is nearby. I'll build on that after I've had something to eat and another nap (no it's not concussion).
Grateful for turtle support, DS3 and the couch.8 -
Good afternoon
Had a good day yesterday. Received the all-clear from my MR scan of my liver meaning I am now in the all clear, though will be monitored for the next 5 years. I go for my reversal later this year.
Was able to chip more off my debt after re-jigging the budget. Now into triple figures!!! £450.00
Got myself out to the gym - first time in a really long time. Stopped at the supermarket on the way home for a big-ish shop.
Today has been less productive. Think I tired myself out from yesterday. Spent the morning preparing stuff for the work tribunal which always leaves me feeling quite depressed. Going to have a nice soak in the bath to rebalance.
Yesterday/Today I am grateful for:
1) A day to recharge on my own
2) An unexpected back payment meaning more off my debts
3) Motivation to get to the gym
Yesterday = spend day
Today = NSD number 3
Have a lovely day folks x⭐ DEBT FREE : 18/02/2025 ⭐

Great news @abundant1972
Don't get depressed about the work stuff, as it is nothing in comparison with your health!
Take care @grandmanerdManic day today, shopping, then work, then home for a bit at midday to see my cousin, who came to pick something up, then back to work. Work was unexpected today because someone was off sick and someone else was on holiday, or something.All meals from home, such as they were. Thank goodness for jacket potatoes and salad!7 -

Today I am grateful for finding the snowdrops under some garden rubbish, for lunch with a friend, for my curried carrot soup being lush, for getting Pip to school for the morning.
