Don't beat yourself up, as we've all been there at one time or another <3 We're all human and temptations are exactly that xx
If buying snacks is a weakeness, then try what I do. I wrap up 4 biscuits in foil along with an apple and a small thermos flask which I make up every morning and I put those in my bag first thing. That way, if I need to go anywhere and my sugar level drops / I get tempted, or I need a cup of coffee, I'm sorted. I've even sat in public food venues and asked if anyone would be offended if I drank my own coffee and ate my own snacks? NSD dietry requirement ;):D
