About to send C1 form

Oh hang on, it's complicated by there being no CGT on a property you're living in? 

The danger is if you don't sell immediately, don't live there, and then sell at increased price.

Hi everyone, looking through my completed C1 form and the forum to see exactly what I need to take to the Sheriff’s court. 

I know I need the original Will docquetted and signed. My passport, mum’s death certificate but should I take the original deeds (Sasine)?

On page 2 under ‘deceased full name’ I have not put Mrs. I have just put mum’s full name and again under ‘That I am’ I have just put full names of my brother and dad but not their title. 

Should I put the title in? e.g. Mr, Mrs?

I found this regarding what you need for ID when going to the Sheriff court with the Will, confirmation form and death certificate. Hope this helps. Anyone got a sample of a covering letter?

Thanks buddy9, I read the thread saying I need 2 forms of photographic ID, one with my address but I only have my passport as photo ID and it doesn’t show my address so don’t have 2 forms of photographic ID.
I have a Club 50 ScotRail card but it doesn’t show my address either.
Will they accept my Council Tax bill as the proof of address instead of two photo ID’s?
