Microsoft Support or lack of.

I have spent two days trying to sort out a Microsoft sign in problem. I wasted 14 minutes on the Windows 365 Chat passing all my details before telling me he/she only deals with new sales. He/she then told me to chat on another link to another department. Why he/she didn't tell me at the outset is beyond me. Anyway the next one gave me these numbers (0)800 026 0329 and (0)344 800 6006. They passed me to online help which were a set of help pages which were a complete waste of time. My email accounts are somehow messed up in the system and need sorting out, and only a living soul, if I can find one, can do that. In sheer frustration I want to cancel my account but to do that involves another long list of requirements. I've had enough of these bullying tactics and being treated like sheep and carolled into inappropriate pens. Has anyone reached the same level of frustration as I have ? Do any Live consultants really exist ?

    If these are free email accounts you don't get any support at all and its the online article or nothing.

    Can't you stop the payments on the bank end?

    I think it's a fantasy that Microsoft are going to 'help' you. It's a sales company. You're wasting your time.
