UKCPS/Moorside Legal Email - Small Court Claim Intention

I received this email from Moorside Legal mitigation team following my Defence submission.
"You should be aware that we are familiar with these types of defences, which we know are templates produced by internet forums for the use of the public.
Your Defence provides no details of why you actually dispute your liability for the debt. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with our Client’s position to try and reach an amicable resolution.
We will respond substantively to the Defence in our Client’s Witness Statement if this matter proceeds to a Court hearing.
We note that our Client did not receive any correspondence, nor an appeal to the PCN. We have enclosed copies of these letters for your reference.
Further, our Client instructed a debt recovery agency who sent further letters, but also did not receive a response.
In view of the above, our Client is satisfied that you are liable for the full amount of the Claim, and we urge you to make payment as soon as possible."
It goes on to state they intend to proceed with the claim. Is this a sign they won't back down, or just another cut-and-paste scare tactic? I have no issue going to court, just wondering what my odds are looking like.

Just a standard reply, as expected, so keep following the 12 steps in the defence template thread, forget about odds, leave them to paddy power, just continue with the process and advice on here. Study a few similar cases at a similar stage to yours, or ahead of it0

Hi everyone, I have since been given a court date.I have also just received an email with the claimant’s notice of non-attendance. They need to stop wasting everyone’s time!Regardless I will be working on my WS and keep this page updated. Thank you all again.1

I won! The Judge noted it was dismissed due to the lack of landowner authority. I think he said without this it wouldn’t have been dismissed. He did say though that the £70 “debt collection” fee would have been removed regardless. Another one bites the dust!6

So UKCPS and Moorside Legal took it all the way to a court hearing, and lost !
Money down the drain for them
