Please can you take down that picture?

It isn't like your claim form.

Should I ring the court tomorrow and ask them to send me out another copy of the claim form?
No, they can't provide a full copy.

If you have completely lost your Claim Form you can't do the defence online and you will have to email it instead,

    Deleted and apologies again

No. Do not tell us reference numbers. This is your Mum's claim anyway, not yours.

But it sounds like you have enough details to put the defence in now? You don't need to email it if you can get into MCOL to do it. Must be done in Mum's name not yours.

Issue date was 31st July,  aos completed in time,  so the defendant must submit the defence on MCOL by 4pm on 2nd September,  so by 4pm  TOMORROW

Oh my gosh is it that soon!

Would I be right in referring to  CEL v CHAN & CPMS v AKANDE for my paragraph 3, as I have lost my claim form I do not know the original breach?

And if so do I use @Coupon-mad amazing template defence and substitute in paragraph 3 found here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/81571257/#Comment_81571257

Thank you all so much again

No you can't use Chan & Akande.

    Just use the template defence.

As above,  as its dcb legal the POC would have pleaded the alleged breach,  so a typical defence can be used,  based on the defence template as mentioned above

By 4pm on Tuesday,  2nd September,  tomorrow,  that is the set in stone deadline based on the information so far

Ok after doing some reading I found @Coupon-mad suggestion that the below link is a good example of a DCB Legal defence and I have used it accordingly.

For points 6-10 on wards I have used Coupon-mads wonderful "template defence".

If you could let me know if this is applicable before I use this as my defence tomorrow I would be so incredibly thankful.

    No that's too old.

Only read defences since mid July. Literally any sitting on the page of threads next to yours right now would do!

I have received the Directions Questionnaire from CNBC and just have a few queries before we send it through.

My mother is the sole defendant and as such are these the correct boxes to check?

On the first page of the N180 form she crosses the box "first" and "defendant"?

And also at the bottom under signature it has a series of check boxes, the first being "legal representatives" she is leaving these blank as shes representing herself, correct?

Thank you so much again we'd be lost without all your help!

But how to fill in the DQ is already fully covered in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread.
