Morning all,
Just been catching up with you all after a couple of days away in the uni city, taking DD out for her birthday and generally just eating, drinking and lots of walking. Wm is whirring to empty the washing basket, I have HHI to do from washing that dried whilst we were away, and I need to scrape together some meals from the fridge / freezer / cupboard stocks. The sky is blue, so I am hoping to get outside for a short while too, but nothing strenuous.
After an indulgent couple of days, I definitely need to refocus on the chubbage flingage. However, I have a concern…recent history shows me that whenever Round flings, I gain. With so many of you joining in her campaign, I am concerned that by March I will be gaining at a rate of knots🤣.
Eltee - good luck with the SoS. You and HB are doing brilliantly 👏.
Belated happy birthday to Mr Iona. Love the pic of Rosie the Supervisor.6 -

Welcome Charlie21.
Only one line on connections. I have made ginger cake for DH (yuck), done dailies, walked Poppet stopping off to buy her a new coat, put dry washing away, hoovered through and shined the kitchen sink.Spend less now, work less later.7 -
Morning everyone, have been absent due to spending a few days away in York, Liverpool and Wales with my DOH.
Thankfully returned to a clean house as DS1 and his lovely gf had kept it that way
We have done washing/drying/packing away x 4 since our return and OH hoovered through.Usual swish/swipe done in daily areas too.
Absolutely exhausted since return, had so much fun, yet it does wipe me out.. B12 taken, hoping it’ll give me a little boost.Have skimmed thread on return.. hugs/spoons/thoughts for anyone in need.. (brain fog is playing up today!)
Off to do connections/suduko/wordle, cuppa needed 1st."There's a little witch in all of us"🔮🪬🧿DEBT FREE 06/2018Mrs SD’s Decluttering 2025 ⭐️ 🥇7 -

Mostly done for the day. Bought a new quilt & binned the old one. Took the bins out & managed to get 3 washes done today. Will be dropping some clothes at the CS shortly & looking forward to a nice bath later on tonight.

Welcome Charlie.I overdid it yesterday and as a result feel grim today, but with any luck I'll be back on form tomorrow.I may go back to the CS to see if something I donated is still there, and if it is - buy it back. I don't mind if it's gone, I don't mind if they still have it and it costs me to buy it back. It's a need not a want and if it's already gone I can buy something else to replace it. If I hadn't donated it I would never have thought of this solution to a problem that has been irritating me for years.Other than that I think most of the upcoming week will be spend on planning. At my desk. Where i don't get over-tired. That would be nice.See you on the next one.Better is good enough.7
