    It doesn't matter what CEL used to do prior to 2012, their track record and behaviour since is there to be found.

    As usual, a parking scheme installed to stop unwanted parking starts to penalise the very people it was supposed to work for by ensuring that spaces are available for genuine customers.  

    Lack of planning permission and advertising consent should help get rid of the scammers, but keep the pressure up ;)

  • Fortuitous to bump into you Ralph and have a chat ( when we realised we were both on this  forum thread ) as I was walking back to the disabled car park having visited the Church cafe for a coffee
    I had taken care to take a photo of the permit when it momentarily flashed up on the screen
    Yes Ralph keep the pressure on to get rid of these scammers
