UC is impossible

I have now had an assessment and have been signed off from sick notes and my claim is being paid at last.

 I lost a fair bit of payments over the last few years due to the system being impossible for me but I survived, The assessment was just a short phone call and there is no way they could have determined anything from it , pretty daft really , all those payments lost for nothing,  my claim was always genuine and supported by my GP and the DWP had all my information from the start, everytime they closed my claim they made me provide it all again.

Last week we got everything sorted , the job centre said I'm good for 12 months, only a few days later messages appear on my account saying I need to prove my identity and provide bank statements,  both of which I have already done. 

There are two UC systems running independently and they don't share information, I was right it is impossible.

Those are financial claim checks, UC are doing millions of them. I went through one myself September 2023.
