Can you screenshot the relevant bit from the cheap energy club with any personal info redacted of course, but showing the tariff name it uses for you and the unit rates it’s applying to that -  just to make absolutely sure everything is shown as it should be?

Mine is permanently wrong for electricity as it doesn’t  cover Agile, so just shows me on flexible.

Sorry folks, I should have said it's the Gas kWh rate they used that's particularly low.

It's a big puzzle where they got that from.

Sorry, but I'm not going to do that, it's a lot of unnecessary bother.

I have already said that the tariff name they quote is correct and the unit rates are already in the table I posted.

I have checked everything thoroughly - I am not daft (I hope).

Most likely you typed into the wrong area, leaving  the  reply area empty. There seems to be a bug in the forum software; if you type into the correct area, but backspace through it, the reply area disappears altogether, and the only way to get it back is to undo the backspacing.

Thanks Bob, I'll try to be more careful then.

The odd bug is understandable but to give you a cryptic, meaningless warning is unforgiveable.

I don't think it's cryptic or meaningless, it's telling you your reply wasn't long enough. It doesn't know that you put it in the wrong section, you are allowed to edit the quoted text, so the software just sees an empty reply. Every forum I've ever seen has a similar restriction.

You can edit the quoted text.

Just enter your reply 1st, then you can edit the quote. As per above, previous posters quotes taken out & a line added to your reply 🤣

My EDF Simply Tracker Extra April 26 tariff quote is £56 more than my current supplier. Not much of a deal to be honest.

If this is from Cheap Energy Club, you need to check what rates it has used for your current tariff.

On mine they used a gas tariff that was below anything for years - roughly a penny per kWh less than it actually is.
