    I wait now to see what happens, have just received a letter from DCBL stating I should pay within 14 days. They will then advise europarks to take me to court if I have not paid. I am certainly not paying anything when I paid to park and still have the ticket. Yes it only has part of my reg but I know I keyed the whole reg in. The camera image of my car entering the carpark and leaving corresponds with the ticket!

    It's not 'europarks' but yes, you are 100% right to defend a court claim this year.

    DCB Legal will discontinue before the hearing so you won't even get to see a judge.
