I have had no contact or confirmation back from my appeal Azure parking - nothing.

You only sent it two days ago!  They have 35 days to respond (and you know what that answer will be!). You may get an acknowledgment of receipt around 14 days, but don't hold your breath. You are not dealing with Marks and Spencer or John Lewis!

Ha ha ,  I thought they might have given an email received confirmation. but from what you say I now see that won't be happening !

They dont even know what day it is,  much less about these topics that we discuss on here,  which is better for you in the long run,  let them make the mistakes,  whether they reply or not 

But the BPA CoP should give you answers like reply times etc, it's never quick with most private parking companies

UPDATE

Hi , we had 2 tickets for our company and we appealed  both, one which was received 5 months after the incident had not had any reply to at all.
    The other one I have heard nothing from Azure regarding my appeal but received this email from appeals@paymyparkingcharge.com  on friday PM - btw spelling mistake is not mine.
Am I correct in thinking I cannot appeal to POFA 2012 as I need a rejection number. 
What should I do now ?

Please have the driver appeal with their full name and serviceable address within 7 days of the date of this email.

Go back to tell them talking absolute rubbish you are entitled to appeal as the keeper issue a popla code or you will forward to this the BPA.

We had post late yesterday , I have just opened. There was a letter from ZZPS , saying I am required to pay £170.

No mention of appeal or anything else. How does this stack up now ?
