Azure Parking Photographic Evidence ?

Good evening ,
I have just received an NTK from Azure parking for one of my vehicles. The alleged offence was about 4 1/2 months ago and this is the first contact from them.  
      The letter states there is photographic evidence of this offence , there is a web link but no pictures. How do I get these ?

I doubt that the NTK PCN letter says the word "offence " , because its a civil matter

I suppose you could complain,  but after over 4 months you can probably appeal on no keeper liability 

No blabbing about who was driving or about the incident itself

Yes correct , they state "parking charge" has been issued. I am not very experienced in these maters. How would  I appeal on no keeper liability ?

On the NTK the was a VRM , but the vehicle make details and colour are blank - is this a problem ? 

It was 138 days from the incident to receipt of letter ( yesterday lunchtime) .

I am hoping my attempt below is suitable , perhaps you could confirm .

In order to pass liability to me, the vehicle keeper, you must adhere strictly to the requirements of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, schedule 4, Paragraph 9.  This you have not done, in particular the part which states that you must serve a compliant notice within 14 calendar days of the parking event.  Your notice is dated 17.1.2025 (delivered 22.1.2025) for a parking event on 5.9.2024 , this is 138 days.

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle concerned.

The VRM is what matters, make and model dont really matter,  especially if the vehicle and VRM details are correct  ( so you received it as keeper   )

Read other Azure Parking threads, haha!  You are up against eejits.

Complaint to the DVLA that Azure are stating that the registered keeper is liable despite the NtK being horrendously outside the statutory Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 dates. Ask them to undertake an investigation and inform you of the outcome.

Have you actioned Plan A, a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and the keeper's MP? Getting MPs involved is the only way the unregulated private parking industry will ever be brought under control.
