Update. After numerous e mail excuses about problems in locating my payment details, I threatened them with legal action plus costs. Last convo was from my sunbed in Cyprus today, telling them They had until close of business Tuesday 26th May before I commenced a legal claim.
2 hours later, the money appeared in my account. Kerching!
Avoid them like the plague, unless you like table tennis emails.

Your update will benefit other posters but read MSE rules, specifically this bit:
Active boycotting
We appreciate emotions can run high should you experience poor service from companies, but we cannot accept active calls for mass boycotts of organisations as we are unable to verify the service you received.
and just edit your post.

Hi @davethedogg, did you use any particular template or format when contacting them about legal action? That's my next step and I'm keen to get the same result!

Terrible service from UR.co.uk !
Firstly they offered £206, then went down to £85.50?!! (Good phone price)
I’d already noted the satisfactory/fair price was £180 so it shouldn’t have been less than that!
Usual excuses, charged too many times, scratches on case and screen when there were none, it’s always been in a case.
They said the phone would have to be “pristine” to the price offered!!
I pointed out that good was not the same as pristine!
I accepted £100 to hopefully speed up getting paid, how wrong was I!
They have had my phone for 13 days, I think longer as it doesn’t take royal mail 4 days to deliver a package.
I accepted an offer 12 days ago and they’re still dragging their feet to send payment.
Offer was sent on a Saturday, rejected within an hour, new offer sent and accepted and email sent to say “payment is being processed” and yes I know it will be an automated email!
They don’t count weekends and bank holidays but also don’t count Mondays either as they don’t see anything until they open so first working day is Tuesday??
Now there is a “delay” and it could be another 7 working days before I get payment, so 8th June when they received it on the 15th May?!
They’re a joke.
