  • Has anyone got their money? I sent two phones. After lots of calls and emails they sent money for the cheapest. They are refusing to pay for the second phone as they said they’ve sent it to an account, that when checked doesn’t exist, by changing one digit of my bank account. It’s impossible to send money to that account. They’re saying they’ve paid me and it’s not bounced back.
  • I have similar experience. In November last year, I sent in an S20 Ultra. Was quoted £130. Fair. Upon UR receiving, they sent back pictures of my parcel having been opened with a Royal Mail letter saying "…we're sorry its reached you in this condition…". They offered to manage the RM claim. Nice. In early January (after emailing them), I get a "oh yes, we received the claim last week and its with accounts. After several more emails, its still with accounts. I'm being fobbed off. I've now realised the whole thing was staged. I never saw any proof of an RM claim. So I've been scammed. This seems to be a criminal act, to receive goods or property under false pretences and is a police matter. Who agrees and how do I get the claim going?

  • This is basically a cowboy operation, and beware, they operate as buyur, urcouk and sell through amazon and blackmarket. I bought a phone for nearly £200 off them, it was faulty. Sent it back. Rather than exchange it they just gave me 40% of my money back and kept £117 as a "refund fee". Completely illegal against consumer law, but what can I do? AVOID like the plague. No customer service, a bunch of thieves, I really wish Martin Lewis would investigate places like this, reviews everywhere are appalling.

Ireally wish people would read reviews before ordering, not after., then they might avoid the issue in the first place.
