I go to their website and log in and see what accounts are available to open and they're all not ISAs

I go to their website not logged in and see ISAs listed. I attempt to start to open one and it asks me to log in whereupon I can't get any further.

Is it the case that Shawbrook won't let you open an ISA when you already have one?

EDIT I've since discovered that they won't allow you to have more than one Cash ISA in any tax year BUT I was proposing to open one by transferring in from another provider using funds from previous years - I wonder if they'd let me do THAT!?

This is something that I was planning on doing too when one of mine matures at the end of this month so I'll keep my eyes peeled on the thread.

I wanted to do the same ie open two new cash ISAs with Shawbrook in order to transfer other ISAs in.
I messaged them via my account, They requested details of the ISAs I want to transfer. I replied. They opened the ISAs but they are still awaiting the funds. Here is the latest message I received from Shawbrook.

Please be informed that we have opened two ISA accounts on your behalf: the 2 Year Fixed Rate Cash ISA Bond Issue 91  and the 1 Year Fixed Rate Cash ISA Bond Issue........

We can confirm that an ISA transfer-in request has been added to both of your accounts.

You will be notified of the progress of the transfer.

Our ISA team will proceed with processing the transfer details and will keep you updated with any further developments.

If you need any additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.

    Thanks,......

This was a few days ago. I will try to remember to report back when the transfer is complete. So it can be done, by messaging Shawbrook.

I opened two fixed rate ISA accounts  funded by transfers in November without any issues.

Even better that Shawbrook allow you to top the fixed rate ISA's with new money through the whole length of the term, which is very unusual. Although transfers in after the initial window are only at their discretion.

I have just transferred a small amount into a 3 year fixed rate ISA with Shawbrook for that very reason. I did read on another thread that there is another bank/BS that also allows you to top up a fixed rate ISA with new money during the term, but I have forgotten who it was and can't find the thread. Anyone know which other banks/BSs allow this?

Lloyds, Kent Reliance, Bath BS, Barclays all have allowed 'top ups'.  Research their terms, may vary.
