Hi
Im writing this to warn people of my experience and also for a little bit of advice if there is anything I can do further.
so basically myself and my husband both got new phones and we decided to sell our old phones (IPhone 14 pro max) to music magpie as our phones were of good condition and they offered a good price online. So I went through the process of selling them mine and my husband done the same.
we packaged our phones separately and delivered them at the post office at the exact same time. I will admit my phone had 1 thing wrong with it were the camera was replaced everything else was perfect not a single scratch and it also had a brand new screen fitted a week before by EE due to a manufacturer fault and my husbands phone was the same perfect no scratches or faults. So it started off where they claimed to have lost my husbands phone which they valued at £445 and he went through a long process with them just to get to the end and get £150 off them after they lost his phone.
then with my phone they got back to me and said it has dust in the camera so from £445 they offered me £135. I declined this and they sent me the phone back.

However they sent me phone back which was great apart from the scratched chunks missing out of the brand new screen!
I have been back and forth with them on numerous emails they have sent me pictures of my phone when they received it and yes perfect when they received it no scratches at all! But when I received it there is scratches on the screen which I instantly took pictures of and emailed too them and they are saying there is nothing they are willing to do about this when it has clearly happened whilst they have had my phone.
i will add the pictures of the screen when they received it and the screen when I received it.
any advice would be great thank you.
