so after a really nice weekend it’s Monday
Did c25k week 5, run 1!!
So pleased with progress. I had to roller legs as I can feel build up of lactic acid In my calves, it was extremely uncomfortable so I need to keep stretching and rolling from now on as it’s just gonna get worse as I increase the mileage.
hopefully by Friday I’ll have completed week 5.
In time for holiday, planning a nice run In Miami when we get there.
I might have made a costly mistake as I washed running shoes but forgot I’d put my physio insoles in them so I’m just waiting to see if wash has ruined them 🤞🤞

count down to holiday on Friday ☀️
Just 2 more days to go.
Today i cancelled premier inn at Heathrow as i realised it wasn’t on the shuttle route so rebooked one which is, bit more expensive but if we had to book taxi that would make the PI more.
Cleaned my oven as i found a box of cleaner and it’s lovely and sparkling now.
Cleaned downstairs loo and utility room.
Ticking jobs off list.
Bought some packing cubes as I’m fed up of having everything everywhere on holiday, it drives me crazy, as we are moving about I hope it helps us stay organised.
I’ve ticked everything off my chore list apart from making rolls and I don’t think I need any yet so that might be moved to Friday morning as I want to take bacon roll with us so we don’t have to buy tea on route. We will just want to get to hotel and crash I’m sure.
I have my feet booked for tomorrow so looking forward to that treat ⭐️

Been reading some inspirational diaries on here. People are so focussed, think I’ve lost mine since I’m close to op limit.
I wonder what people do once mortgage is gone?

My daughter is away which helps, I’m sure she’s a hoarder, that’s why we put her on the top floor 🤭🤭and hubby was trained well by his lovely mum. He’s tidier than me.
I am on determined to get organised before I start work again, I’m on a mission 🤣🤣
I’m a bit worried I will sort house then we will move again, that’s what happened last time.
I know I need to downsize and move near better transport links before retirement.

so today I’m getting up early as i need to squeeze run in before shower then feet.
Hubby needs his meds and i will be in vicinity of his doctors today, he’s looking tired and had to get up early for a networking breakfast thing he was invited to. Managed to get him to take a few hours back Friday so we can set off a bit earlier to London. He’s been working really hard and looks like he needs a break. I worry about his health so hoping this break recharges his battery.
I’ve got a busy day running around so must get going!
C25k run 2, wk 5 to do 😬
