Okay, just an update. Now passed onto QDR solicitors for the payment to be made.
Checked on NCP and the original fine number does not exist anymore, so assume that's NCP cancelled this?
    Ignore the QDR emails also?
Shall I send them the email ZZPS sent me saying NCP are not pursing this case or keep messing with them?

    Thank you

This is a capture of the email which shows the parking charge number and account number.

That simply says that ZZPS won't be chasing you; it doesn't mean that it has been cancelled.

However, since GCTT are the same company as ZZPS, you should now file a complaint with the CSA.

With that in mind. I’ve checked on NCP website and it shows no details. On the email they have claimed it has been recalled by the client which is NCP so in my mind it’s no longer active with NCP.
    Thanks

Maybe you should advise QDR solicitors that they are demanding a payment from you for a PCN Ref No xxxxx which does not exist on NCP payment site with copy of ZZPS email.
