PCN rejection letter

Hi all,
Just a quick ask for best route.
I parked in what I thought was an acceptable place within a train car parking space run by NCP, been arriving at early morning whilst very dark.
However, received a letter stating I hadn't parked in the correct bay. Had parked there many times before and no issues.
Appealed it, and was rejected (course it was)
Now offence date was on the 11/11/24, my initial appeal date was 22/11/24 in which they said wait up to 28 days etc. Had a reply on the 2/12/24 stating they are not excepting the appeal.
There was no notice stating it wasn't a parking area, however, they have now placed a non parking sign after my notice, nor any notice on my van, which is a company van, not mine.
Missed my time to appeal to POPLA.
What template should I try with NCP?
Thank you for your time.

Sit tight. Do nothing except the below.
By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take are:
- Tell them if you move house within 6 years.
- Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread. Did you miss the pics of DCB Ltd & other letters already there in the thread?
- Come back if you get a NEW solicitor's LBC as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread. This time from DCB Legal, whose claims are laughably badly pleaded.
Nobody pays a penny and no hearing is even needed in most cases. Search the forum and read a few cases as they are easy to beat by waiting for a claim form - it is easier than appealing!
There is no risk AT ALL in defending a court claim. No CCJ. No bailiffs. Ignore but defend any claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

MPs and campaigners are calling for statutory regulation for the private parking industry as the present voluntary measures are failing to protect motorists.I ask you to join the motorists call by signing/share this petition demanding the re-launch of a Govt-backed Parking Code of Practice. 🙏2

It's a work van so will see how much my work allow my ignoring lol2 -
Hang on.
If the letters are going to your work, they need to transfer liability to you. The PCN explains how they do that.
If the letters are already coming to you, then it's nothing to do with your work!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your work needs to give them your name and address as the "hirer", so that the parking company writes directly to you, which means that they no longer contact your work unless a new pcn occurs2

Finally, got the letter from ZZPS with their £70 fee for debt resolution charges!
Ignore all the way from what I have been reading.1 -
Thats correct, one simple word, IGNORE
ZZPS and any other debt collectors have no powers, just paperwork you can use as hamster bedding2 -
Great!! Need to buy a hamster now1
