Finally, got the letter from ZZPS with their £70 fee for debt resolution charges!

Ignore all the way from what I have been reading.
Sit tight. Do nothing except the below.

By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take (because you MUST check every letter) are:

    - Tell them if you move house within 6 years.

    - Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

    - Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.

Nobody pays a penny unless a Judge says so. There is no risk AT ALL in defending a court claim. No CCJ. No bailiffs.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Maybe - but you don't pay it.  Presumably you mean you were served with a fresh PCN.  Therefore, as hirer you now have 100% win at appeal, because they didn't comply with para 13 of the POFA Schedule 4.  As seen in every Notice to Hirer case.  Wins at POPLA every time.

You don't pay money to these firms.  That would be you joining and funding the 'scam'...

    Hi coupon,

Yes that is right, a fresh PCN which is comical really.

I won't be paying, it just shows how unorganised they are lol

All sorted with ZZPS but that letter doesn't say pcn is cancelled. Best check online. Follow instructions on pcn to pay the charge. Enter details requested and you'll be able to see if any £ due.

PS you should edit the pcn/claim numbers on show in the letter posted.

This is a journey as they say in these forums.

Now even though ZZPS states NCP won’t be pursuing this I’ve now received a letter from GCTT saying this will be transferred to Solicitors.

Appears they don’t talk to each other 🤷🏻‍♂️

They are? Didn’t even realise. They’re not the sharpest it appears.
