    When the CNBC and then your local civil court contact you, it will be by letter post only ( no emails, no texts. )

    Notice of trf of proceedings ..to doncaster county court.

    Court date in hand - 1st June 2026 via video.

    WS no later than 14 days before.

    It mentions £27 claimant has to pay before 5th May to complete application.

    Any similar threads to WS examples id love to read.

    Just got an email from DCB Legal. Interesting the massive drop on email 1.

    £266 down to £60 to make 'full and final settlement of the claim"

    AAssume This means I have a strong case or it is just the norm?. Thanks

    It's normal because they don't want to pay the hearing fee. You will get a NoD attached to an email next!

    Yes, they are trying to wear you down but it only goes to show how desperate they are; normal procedure just before a discontinuation.

    Update - calls have started, got 1 voicemail which I wont return call. How do I find out if they pay the court fee's ?

    Court Fee's £27 - due 05.may.26 2026 4.00pm

    Court date - 01.june.26 via Video ( Doncaster court building closed at mo )

    WS - due 15.may.26
