DCBL letter was 8.1.25
All ignored,until I found this forum. Wish I had known all the information lived on the Internet.
Shall I still try step A?? Ar this stage ?

No, but it does no harm to confirm the correct address for the service of papers, no matter how long or short you have been there, clarity is useful1
