    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy

How awful for you. I hope you managed to get some sleep and it eases today. Was it triggered by going out a few days ago when you walked the dogs? Though I think you were suffering from cabin fever and needed that change of scene.

I hope you have a better day today. It improved after the car accident, so it can do so again. However, I can understand you thinking there may be pressure on a nerve, have they addressed that at all?

Hope you get an appointment - our GP has an econsult that they triage and if needed book you a same day appointment so it’s not quite as mad a rush at 8am.
