    I'm sorry that one didn't work out, but it sounds as though they are keen on you. Are you taking them up on the offer of a possible alternative within the company?

    And I agree about the garden growing apace this time of year - it feels as it I only have to turn round for there to be a bramble trying to snake its way across the grass or some flowering shrub to be all green and a foot wider in every direction. Wouldn't swap it for something less lively, of course.
