@Coupon-mad Could a contract with the landowner from the PPC override Schedule 4 of POFA? Ie. if the contract specified that the parking lot IS relevant land, just because it says so there?

  • @LazosOk I submitted a complaint to POPLA as @Coupon-mad suggested and received a reply back from them supporting their decision (*owen wilson wow* gif goes here). The stated justification was that the contract  provided by the operator states the parking lot is relevant land, and that the operator is really really confident that it's relevant land, and just because it's a piece of land around an airport it doesn't mean it's subject to the byelaws.

Needless to say, I thanked them for their efforts in jest and completed the public consultation.

My kind of luck what can I say. Still, thank you for all the help in at least giving them the middle finger, which they deserve fully.

Update. A couple envelopes later after 2 different DCBL letters (Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd and DCB Legal litigation solicitors) which I have ignored, I got a letter from HM Courts and Tribunals, which looks like a Claim Form. Going through the forum now to do the AOC AoS first.

What is the date of issue of the claim form? Did you mean AoS Acceptance of Service? Are you following the walkthrough in the dropbox link via the NEWBIE sticky

The date is sometime last week - I am sure I'm still inside the 2 week period to do the AOS (sorry that was a typo above), so I'm doing it now - and yes I'm doing the walkthrough now.
