MET Parking Stansted Starbucks after closing

So POPLA replied and rejected the appeal. They conveniently ignored the complaint whilst commenting on the operator's evidence, saying they don't have illumination after Starbucks closes.

Didn't you use the usual arguments and Airport map showing that it's not relevant land?

I did, here's an excerpt from point #2 in the appeal:

MET Parking Services have no landowner authority to issue and enforce PCNs at this location. The parking lot at 346 Southgate Park is under statutory control as part of Stansted Airport, which is a regulated area. MET Parking Services have refused to provide evidence of their landowner authority, and therefore, their claim to enforce parking charges upon me, as the keeper, is invalid. As I have presented in the appeal to MET Parking, the location of the parking lot is unambiguously within the Stansted Airport boundaries (as illustrated on the Government Airport Site Plan: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/64d0fc30e5491a00134b59 46/Design___Access_Statement_-_checked.pdf, page 6), which I am including here, including an annotation to show the parking lot location:

And POPLA didn't consider that evidence nor even mention it in the decision?

Email a complaint to POPLA.

Hello, slightly vested interest in this as your assessor has rejected my POPLA appeal and, again, showed a clear misunderstanding of the Single COP and PoFA.

Just wondering if you did complain and anything subsequently came of it?

Hi @Lazos. Apologies for replying so late; no I have not - I had no confidence that complaining to the same body will be anything but a waste of time. However now Mr Woodall strikes again; I will let you know about any useful updates.

You need to do the public consultation if you haven't already. You have evidence that POPLA isn't fit for purpose.
