Still can not find it but will submit WS anyways. How do I submit it? And what do you think is my best angle to go at it with? For context, I entered my gym pin late (entitled to two hours free parking). In their WS, they have included what time I put in my pin, and what time the ticket was given, which was an hour apart.

You will likely have the same deadline as the Claimant. Is their WS signed by JB?
I already carefully explained that Excel cases do proceed to hearings. It's not a scare tactic. Did you read my reply?
As they are laughably saying you owe £100 because you exempted your car 'too late' this is notably similar to the '5 minute rule' that's been all over the news yesterday. Read the thread about it and watch yesterday's BBC Breakfast which is linked in the News/Media thread by @Half_way

Hi, My deadline is 17th february. I'll have a read but really not sure how to go about my WS. They have not paid the court fee yet as I called up the local court and confirmed. I have attached multiple strike outs in similar cases as evidence as well as my gym attendance log.
Is there anything else I can do?
@Coupon-mad @Gr1pr0 -
yes it signed by JB0

@Coupon-mad @Gr1pr, any tips for my WS before I send it? Do not want to leave any stone unturned. I appreciate your help so much this far.0

Make sure your WS relates to your case and backs up and supports what you wrote in your defence. Add your evidence as separate pages numbered sequentially perhaps as NNN_001 etc where NNN are your initials. Read a few other WSs for examples of format and style.2

Hi @Coupon-mad @Gr1pr. Unfortunately Excel parking has paid the hearing fee
. I have read the advice on the newbies post regarding the hearing. My case just to remind you was that I had not put in my car registration number in the puregym car park which gives you two hour free parking. I have had a look through the 'another one bites the dust' forum and whilst it was helpful re court etiquette, I could not find any cases similar to mine. Your advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks

You can use the ban on the 5 minute rule in your favour but I need the page with this stated to show to Government please.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
