That thread wasn't actually a negative mindset based post. It was more of a way for me to try and explain why I enjoy reminiscing about horrible things that make me feel bad in the moment, but then give me great joy after I've "got it out my system" kinda thing.elsien said:

I used to have a psychiatrist but I never spoke about this with her before but I'm currently on the waiting list for a new one so will try and get an answer in due time.
If you're happy, just get on with your life.
It doesn't matter that you live differently to other people.
It doesn't matter what society 'says'.

If you are content & happy with how you are and how your life is then that is all that matters..
I don't have many friends and no family contact...I'm happy enough with my set up
Don't be listening to those who tell you otherwise...they have their lives and you have yours l, so live it as you wish.
