10,000 Posts Fifth Anniversary Name Dropper
Anyone else not received their electric bill from 02-01-25? Date I always receive bill.
Smart meter & is showing usage in Octopus user area, so they are getting data.

Submitted Gas as I always do on 2nd (non smart meter) & got bill for that.

Not bothered, just wondering if anyone else in same boat.

    Yup, I didn't get my bill from end of December. I had to contact their customer services. They claimed it's because they can't contact my meter. I submitted a meter reading, both for my normal date, and current date to prove meter's working. But they've billed me to the later date, not my normal.

    I got mine on 2nd January, no problems
    A budget is like a speed sign - a LIMIT not a TARGET!!

    CHALLENGES

    2025 Declutter:
    1 CONTAINER (box/bag/folder etc) per day; 50/365
    1 FROG (minimum) per week; 6/52
    WEIGHT I'll start with 25 lbs (though I need to lose more!) and see how it goes...🤔 0/25

    2025 NSDs: 15 per MONTH - FEB 4/15; JAN 21/15
    2025 Fashion on the Ration: (carried over from 2024) 10+66 = 76
    2025 Make Do, Mend & Minimise No target, just remember to report!

    Have they charged your account, despite not producing a bill?
    I was due a bill on or around the 27th of December. They charged my account for electricity and gas but didn't produce a bill. I queried this yesterday and got a reply today saying I'd get my bill at the end of January.

    2.72kWp PV facing SSW installed Jan 2012. 11 x 247w panels, 3.6kw inverter. 34 MWh generated, long-term average 2.6 Os.
    Not exactly back from my break, but dipping in and out of the forum.
    Ofgem cap table, Ofgem cap explainer. Economy 7 cap explainer. Gas vs E7 vs peak elec heating costs, Best kettle!

    No.
    Nothing showing on my balance other  than gas bill reducing balance.

    DD due out tomorrow.

    I haven't had a December bill. No obviously missing readings but I'll download the data at some point to double check.

    I haven't had a December bill either, but they've charged my account for usage anyway.
    The charges look in the right ballpark, but I would like a proper bill.

    I didn't receive my December statement either so I dropped them an email and one was produced within a couple of days.

    I've had an electricity bill, but not gas. Account has not been charged for gas either. Smart meters on both. Their app shows usage for electricity, but just says "your readings are on the way" for gas.
