I've read through your whole diary Tezza and think you've done an amazing job. You're so consistent with keeping records of spends and daily payments too. Something I need to do better because to read it all one day after the other really shows the progress made, and quickly! Well done and I look forward to seeing you pay that debt off completely! Today is another day i have been looking forward to. Today is Winter Solstice which marks the day with the shortest daylight hours of the year. I hate the long dark cold nights of winter, so from today every day will start to be a little bit brighter. If it wasnt Xmas day in a few days time, i would have set my target day for today, as it would be a perfect analogy for my current situation - putting the dark days behind me and having a brighter future ahead.

I also dislike winter and the cold dark days. Solstice is definitely my favourite day of winter. Possibly my favourite day of the year (although it is still in winter so is usually a cold dark day itself).Debts 04/01/25 01/12/25

Glad im not alone. It is one of my favourite days too, along with Boxing day, because i hate Christmas and it is the furthest day away from Christmas day 😂. I hate everything about winter, cold, dark and it genuinely really does make me miserable and affects my general mood. If money was no object i would definitely go to somewhere lighter and warmer for 6 months of the year each winter, but until then i will just have to suffer it unfortunately.Rhyddid2026 said:I also dislike winter and the cold dark days.
