Jimbob: yes, I received an award (got paid) for coming in the top-whatever in one of the CPX challenges a while back. Not sure if they even still have them, and I haven't seen the double- and triple- SB events in forever.

Unfortunately it was for a long survey I had actually completed.

In my experience CPX are very good at responding to tickets, especially if you can supply a screenshot of the survey nearing its end; they manually credited me for one yesterday, and another one this morning within 25 minutes of my raising it.

They did end up crediting me for the one I complained about the other night, quite late in the night. And yesterday I got credited 38 points for a survey that only took about 3 minutes, but then couldn't get any DQ points after that.

I found today that they've added another two steps to redeeming a gift card, at least this time. They added two checks to prove I was human. One day soon, redeeming a gift card will be a 30-minute-long process, involving retina scans and thumbprints.

It took us over 30 minutes yesterday. Partner has Amazon Prime and I draw Amazon vouchers. 2 x £25 jumped through loops even involved my dummy e mail. Long story.

Probably just me being rubbish rather than SB being difficult.

System1research survey under Answer surveys didn't credit. 17 points for 6 minutes. One of those where you watch 3 ads. I put a ticket in because I always do, even though they haven't responded to any of my tickets for a year and a half. Just wanted to warn everyone not to waste their time on it.

Had a nice unexpected surprise this morning whilst going through the usual Play routine. Got a very reasonable deal on Klondike Solitaire which was a total whizz-through and my finishing clear out just kept on going to land on 710 points and edge past the seemingly unbeatable high score total of 700. No bonus SB or anything as a result but certainly felt at least as memorable as a good win on Trivia Live or Team Challenge from the dim and distant past.

Does anyone else keep an eye on the scores for this or any other of the games? 🤓🙂
