That's not £500 each.  Unless you mean that you have two claim forms (four PCNs)? All at the same car park? What happened, was the driver a hotel guest and knew nothing about the need to exempt your car?

Show the other POC but cover your VRM like I have, above.
I have two claim forms which are around 500 each i think it was 2 PCN’s i’m not 100% sure i do not remember off the top of my head I will check when I am back home . I’m certain the other one is the same as the above as they were at the same location

If its 2 claim forms,  there will be 2 different claim reference numbers, one per claim

According to you, that means there are 2 claims at £500 each due to 4 £100 different reference numbers pcns

Are all of the pcns the same location,  same parking company   ?

Why 4 that are all the same   ?

In most current defences v DCB Legal claims, paragraph 3 (within the 30 paragraph Template Defence) looks similar to the thread below by @shahib_02  ... just change the incident date:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6576011/cel-dcb-legal-pcn-cnbc-claim-defence-assistance-required-please

No need for more detail except in your case just add an extra paragraph to the Template Defence, AFTER the paragraph 3 shown in the link:

3.1.  (Whatever your brief facts are).

    4.  rest of the Template Defence of (30 paragraphs but DON'T copy & paste it here...please!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I also have another question, my father also got sent a small claims court for the ‘parking’ in a petrol station car park, however he was helping a broken down car. he said he let the people in the petrol station know but this was well over 3 years ago and he doesn’t really remember the small details like that. When I went to go fill out the form and post it etc, my mother accidentally posted it to DCB legal. They ended up disposing my defence that was meant to be sent to the court (they sent me a letter saying they disposed of it and I had to basically pay the CCJ. Is there anyway I can send them to court for this BS thing they done to my dad or not.

No.  Sending the defence to DCB Legal by post was a terrible error. Sorry. He didn't comply with the Claim Form: he didn't defend.

is there no way i could send them to small county court, as they even sent me a letter saying they disposed it instead of sending the defence form back? I even tried to send some sort of defence to them, but i was told to set aside , but when I read that setting a CCJ aside was only really for change of address

You can apply to set aside for any reason.

But there would have to be a reason why your dad didn't follow the instructions e.g. medical.

and obviously accidentally sending it to the wrong place isn’t a viable reason?

It's as valid as 'failing to follow the instructions'.
