Starting to feel better for being AF.
The next thing is to find a drink that is AF but also low sugar. I looked at Crodino but it has 10% sugar!
I don't drink beer/lager etc...thinking of a AF or low alcohol drink...could be wine, but again low sugar...

Grateful for any ideas?
