I think I have just failed my annual target of 257 by a couple of days. Never mind - I am drinking a lot less than I used to, mostly due to this thread, so thank you all for your motivation, and Happy New Year!4 -
I have failed my December target by one day as will be out with friends this evening and bought some nice wine to share with the meal friends are cooking. Thank you everyone for all your thank yous

xxx and happy new year to everyone on the thread
Everyone who has taken part in the annual challenge has notched up an impressive stack of AFDs and I think we should all feel proud. Collectively we have managed 3,450 AFDs this year. Which is nearly 10 years' worth of AFDs! xx

They really are excellent scores @cathybird.
I'm pleased with mine and will try even harder next year.
I'm just 2 AF days off averaging 15 per month so my low monthly target (10) and just 7 short of half a year. works for me.
Happy New Year everyone. 🤗5 -
It's amazing what we can achieve as a collective! Well done to everyone for their achievements this year and of course, a special thankyou to Cathybird for keeping score. Not an AFD for me today but I am proud of what I have achieved this year, and very aware that I would definitely not have achieved it alone so thank you to everyone on this thread and a very happy new year to you all.6
