An early start for me but ending December on 24/21, as AF yesterday and today.
Would like to say a big thankyou to the amazing cathybird for all her hard word in running this this lovely thread, and to everyone for being so friendly and supportive of each other
The accountability really has made me change habits, and im surprised I've not found it as difficult as I thought i would.

I had the best sleep in ages last night. Over 10 hours and no waking up way too early. Getting to sleep was tougher sober but I stayed asleep! Next year can people keep mentioning their good sleep. I want this.
