I have no idea what number I am on and I am going to forgive myself for that and just bow out of the rest of this month

I know it is early but my target for January is 25.  I'm pushing myself next year to sort out my mental health and alcohol is a part of that.  (I'll post again nearer the time).

Hi Cathybird, can you put me down for 250 for 2026 please? I'm so happy that I achieved my target this year and feel in a much better place at the end of 2025.  Having said that, I do feel that I still have be very wary of slipping back as I know it's all too easy to do.  This journey is going to be a long one, but it's good to be on it in good company on this thread.

Count me in for January please cathybird,  I'll stick with 21 AFD.  I've done Dry January for quite a few years, but I don't feel I need to aim for it again now I've increased my AF days. 

Please put me down for 252 AF days for 2026 .
