11/20   @doingitanyway nice ideas. I switched to those tiny one third bottles which although expensive stopped me drinking half a bottle or a full bottle each evening.  

Also finding an a/f drink low in sugar is hard.  I've been looking. Water kefir is my next try (in my online shopping basket).
