9/24 today please Cathybird. Yesterday I had my first drink in over a month. I never intended to stop drinking totally, just cut down but even so I was really nervous and spent most of the day on soft drinks. I did have a couple as it was a family celebration BUT in big news for me - I managed to do just that! Have a couple that is. I was so pleased and totally amazed tbh. I won't be rushing to have another drink as I still don't trust myself. It helps so much having this thread to post on as it keeps me accountable. Thanks again for running it Cathybird.5
